The goal of this workshop, which consists of three one-hour sessions over three evenings:

Tuesday, June 8th, Thursday June 10th and Tuesday, June 15th, all from 7-8pm, is to empower my students to hear and then pronounce sounds that do not exist in Japanese. I use playful and memorable imagery and exercises focused on strengthening muscle memory. When it comes to learning how to communicate in English, the goal isn't to sound like a native, the goal is to alter speech patterns JUST ENOUGH so that real communication happens. I want students to sound like themselves and also to feel confident in communicating, whether speaking or listening.
